With only about 200 of these birds in the United States, American Erminette are in desperate need of more breeders. These are brown egg layers, not to be confused with Ameraucana. 
Our line came from Jan Croot and include buff and black. 
You may hatch ermine, solid white or solid black chicks. I have been hatching a lot of ermine from this flock
